Privacy Policy
In short: this website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. We only process the data technically required to deliver the site. The legally binding version is the German Datenschutzerklärung.

2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on our own server infrastructure in Germany. When you visit the site, the web server automatically processes technical information transmitted by your browser (server log files): IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This data is used solely to ensure reliable operation, error analysis and defence against attacks (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted automatically on a regular basis.
3. Content delivery network (Cloudflare)
We use the content delivery network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. All requests to this website are routed through Cloudflare's servers; Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical connection data in this process (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR — secure and fast delivery of the website). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. More information: Cloudflare privacy policy.
4. Contact by email and contact form
If you use our contact form, we process the data you enter (name, email address, message) and, briefly, your IP address to protect against abuse. Your input is delivered to us as an email and is not stored in a database on the web server.
If you contact us by email, your details (email address, message content) are stored to process your inquiry and possible follow-up questions (Art. 6 (1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not pass this data on without your consent. We use Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for email; a data processing agreement is in place and Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
4a. Customer account in the Neuraxom Store
You can create a customer account in our store (store.neuraxom.de). We process the data you provide (name, company if given, email address); your password is stored exclusively in encrypted form (hash). Processing serves to provide the account, downloads and licences (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR). For account confirmation and password resets we send emails containing a one-time PIN. After login, a technically required session cookie is set (no tracking). Data is stored on our own servers in Germany and deleted upon request — an informal email is sufficient. Reservations ("reserve interest") are stored until fulfilled or until account deletion.
4b. Backups
To protect against data loss we create daily encrypted backups of the store database (Art. 6 (1)(f), Art. 32 GDPR). Local backups are deleted automatically after 30 days; encrypted copies are stored separately and removed on a rolling basis. After account deletion, your data is thus fully removed at the latest once the backup cycles have expired.
5. Cookies, tracking and web fonts
This website uses no analytics or tracking services and embeds no third-party content; fonts are served locally. Only after signing in to the store is a technically required session cookie ("nx_session") set, valid domain-wide for neuraxom.de (legal basis: Sec. 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR). Without sign-in, no cookies are set; a consent banner is therefore not required.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21) regarding your personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77).
7. Version
This privacy policy is effective as of July 2026 and may be updated as the website evolves.
